I guess the fact that people who are famous and powerful are treated differently to normal people could also mean that if people knew that one day you are going to be powerful and famous and all that stuff they would treat you in a special way, just so you never forget them!
Is it wrong to do that though? The disciples of Jesus did that too! They stayed close knowing that Jesus would be powerful some day!
